Mesobotox is an aesthetic medicine technique that uses micro-doses of botulinum toxin, often combined with fluid hyaluronic acid, vitamins and amino acids, injected very superficially into the skin. On the décolleté, it is used to reduce horizontal fine lines, improve thin, crepey skin and make the surface smoother and more even, without freezing the muscles as in classic upper-face wrinkle treatments.
The highly diluted toxin is delivered through superficial microinjections over the upper chest area, acting on fine superficial contractions and, with the associated biostimulants, on texture and skin quality. The result is a gentle softening of fine lines, with skin that appears more even, firm and radiant, while preserving natural movement. Effects build up over the following days and typically last around 3–4 months, depending on the individual.
