Fractional microneedle radiofrequency (RF microneedling) combines microneedles that penetrate into the dermis with the targeted delivery of radiofrequency energy at depth. This produces controlled thermal coagulation, triggers a significant remodelling of collagen and elastin and progressively improves skin texture, firmness and smoothness.
It is indicated, in carefully selected patients, for certain cases of skin laxity, wrinkles, acne scars and enlarged pores, when a deeper, structural treatment of the dermis is required
